We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. A valid receipt/packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The Ferrum College Campus Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
In Store Returns or Exchanges:
Just take your receipt/packing slip and return it to the Campus Store located inside Panther Grounds.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail:
1. Email campusstore@ferrum.edu to initiate your return or exchange.
2. Include a copy of the original packing slip or confirmation email with your order number and your items securely packaged. You can reuse the original packaging it came in or your own box. Please make sure you remove or cover the original shipping label to avoid delays.
3. Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable method of shipping. Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you get your refund.

5. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of return. Initial shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you are exchanging your items, you will not be charged for shipping a second time.
